We offer live support and training over the web Monday to Saturday.

All you need is:

• a PC with a broadband connection
• admin privileges on that PC.

The broadband connection can be either direct or through your office’s file server. You need admin permission on the PC because you’ll need to install a harmless applet.

The connection is set up afresh for every session and only operates with your explicit consent. You may break the connection at any time by clicking on the disconnect button.

You just go to a web site and enter the six-digit PIN that we’ll give you. Our operator will then talk you through every step over the phone and simultaneously either:

• Demonstrate on your screen what needs to be done, or
• Watch your actions and explain what to do at each stage.
