Stock Inwards

• Re-order alerts - avoid stock-outs
• Order stock - see amount on order + amount in stock
• Receive stock - reduces amount on order adds to amount in stock.

 

Stock Reconciliation

• Stock List - stock movements for found-in-stock, shrinkage, stock damaged or otherwise unsaleable.
• Price List.

 

Stock Outwards (Issue Kit)

• Lend
• Prescribe - with or without partial payment
• Sell - with or without a discount

  For each of these types of stock movement a client stock note is provided; it is an easily tailored Word template, that results in an editable note detailing the transaction and any related information.

 

Follow-up

  Any stock item may be set up so that when it is issued, an event record is automatically created at the pre-determined number of days in the future.  Such events then appear as alerts or reminders to -

• Ask the client to return kit lent
• Make a customer-care or follow-up call.

 

Client Ledger

• Details a client's stock and money transactions showing totals and the current balance.
