Simultaneous remote log-in & telephone conversation - with your explicit permission on each occasion we log on to your PC while talking on the phone. We can demonstrate what to do by controlling you PC as you watch; then you can have a go as we talk you through the necessary steps.
You can pay in either of two ways -

Pay-as you go, charged by the minute. Our current rate is £60 + VAT per hour or for a charity registerd in the UK and unable to reclaim VAT £50 + VAT.

Unlimited helpline support for a fixed monthly fee based on the number of users. This is subject to a reasonable usage clause; ask us for details.
If you want to discuss a general strategy, it's best to book a session in advance.
