Document Management
Each contact can have any number of saved documents in file formats such as Excel, pdf or Word.
- Incoming documents may be imaged in almost any format.
- Additionally or alternatively, a database record number may be used to file incoming hard-copy.
- Outgoing communications may be generated as Outlook emails or Word documents from standard Word templates

- Telephone recordings may be save as .wav files.
In effect the database acts as an index to the files that are saved in a common location - typically on a file server.
Any document may be retrieved immediately.
