Two examples of a Business Process -

Cases
- Define any number of Business Processes.
- For each process define any number of stages
- An instance of a Business Process, applied to a given contact, becomes a Case.
- Each case stage has a begun date, a done date and a narrative.
Record any amount of relevant detail
- Any number of events (dated records) and documents may be associated with a case.
- Events unrelated to the case may still be recorded for the contact.
- You may view all events or only those associated with a particular case.
Powerful Reporting
- Satisfy providers of funds with comprehensive performance statistics.
- Know how many cases have progressed to each stage; drill down to find the laggards.
- Manage workflow by case manager or by case type (Business Process).
